Ceres Group has announced the opening of its new Northampton office, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and long-term strategic ambitions.

Located at Sywell, the Northampton office will serve as a key strategic base for Ceres Group, strengthening its regional presence and enhancing its ability to deliver integrated, expert advice across the rural, land and property sectors.

The new office brings together a multi-disciplinary team of specialists spanning farming, land and property, planning, and development. By housing this breadth of expertise under one roof, Ceres Group is reinforcing its commitment to providing joined-up, commercially focused advice that reflects the increasingly complex challenges and opportunities facing landowners, farmers, developers and rural businesses.

Iain Halls, Managing Partner at Ceres Group, said:
“Establishing our larger Northampton office is a strategic investment in the future of Ceres Group. It gives us a strong central base and brings together a highly talented, multi-disciplinary team whose combined expertise is critical to our growth ambitions. It reflects our commitment to building a business that is collaborative, forward-thinking and well positioned to support clients in an increasingly complex land and property landscape.”

Northampton’s central location and strong connectivity make it an ideal base for supporting clients across the Midlands and beyond. The office will play a pivotal role in enabling closer collaboration between teams, fostering innovation, and supporting the delivery of strategic projects across the Group’s core sectors.

The launch of the Northampton office reflects Ceres Group’s wider vision for sustainable growth – investing in people, locations and expertise that allow the business to adapt, evolve and lead within a changing rural and property landscape. It also demonstrates the Group’s confidence in its future pipeline and its ambition to continue expanding its multidisciplinary offering.

With a talented and experienced team already based in Northampton, the new office is operational from day one, supporting existing clients while creating capacity for future growth.

As Ceres Group continues to build its footprint, the Northampton office will be central to its mission: combining deep sector knowledge with practical insight to deliver long-term value for clients and communities.
