CERES PROPERTY STRENGTHENS DEVELOPMENT TEAM WITH TWO KEY APPOINTMENTS

Ceres Property has strengthened its Development Team with the appointment of Guy Jenkinson as Strategic Land Consultant and Harry Cole as Senior Surveyor, underlining the firm’s continued investment in growth across its core markets.

Guy joins Ceres Property with extensive experience in the strategic land sector and a strong reputation across the property industry. With a proven track record in land promotion and development, alongside a wide network of contacts, he will work closely with Anna Logan and Joe Worboys to support landowner and developer clients throughout the region.

Harry joins the firm as a Senior Surveyor and will be based primarily in the Chelmsford office. Working alongside Matt Davies and Boris White, he will play a key role in driving the firm’s continued expansion in Essex. Harry brings a proactive and professional approach to land development, further strengthening Ceres Property’s growing presence in the county.
