Ceres Property’s Development Team has continued to grow and now comprises 11 people.

This growth reflects both the level of activity we are seeing in the market and our continued focus on supporting landowners through an increasingly complex planning and development landscape.

Our team brings together a broad range of experience across strategic land, development consultancy and disposals, working closely with our planning consultants to provide joined up advice. We support landowners to identify opportunities, shape appropriate strategies and guide sites through each stage of the process, from early promotion through to sale, drawing on strong market knowledge and a well established network of contacts to help maximise value.

As the market continues to evolve, landowners are facing a wide range of challenges, including planning uncertainty, viability pressures and changing land use priorities. In this environment, access to a well resourced and experienced team is increasingly important.

The continued growth of our Development Team strengthens our ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice, while maintaining the hands on, senior led approach that underpins how we work with our clients. We have a close knit and experienced team, focused on delivering a consistently high standard of advice. By carefully selecting the instructions we take on, we ensure each project receives the attention and expertise it requires.
