Anna is an experienced chartered surveyor with over 16 years experience operating throughout the East Midlands in a national property firm.

Anna is a RICS Registered valuer and specialises in the valuation of rural and residential property for secured lending, taxation and accounting purposes for private clients, charities, lenders and institutions. Anna has also undertaken her RICS Expert Witness Training and is able to undertake dispute resolution and litigation valuation advice.

Anna also provides professional advice to clients in respect of their estates, land, farm and business management interests and her experience allows her to offer comprehensive guidance across a variety of property-related and Landlord and Tenant matters.

Anna is a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and sits on the Midlands Association Council.
