Description

Planning

CIL

Wychavon District Council is a CIL Charging Authority and, as such, CIL will be payable. Under the adopted 2017 Charging Schedule, residential development at Badsey is subject to a CIL charge of £40 per square metre, plus indexation.

S106 Agreement

The S106 Agreement was signed on 12th February 2026 and is included within the Data Room. The development will be required to provide 40% affordable housing provision.

Tenure

The site is to be sold freehold, with Vacant Possession.
